Description
I have a great double bedroom in a modern 2 bed flat available. The place is a 5 min walk to Russell square tube, the recently redeveloped brunswick centre which includes a waitrose and also a smaller Tesco nearby. Angel/upper street is less than a 10 min walk away. Going the other way oxford street/covent garden are also in easy walking distance.
The flat is located on a quiet residential street and has been recently refurbished, it has wooden floors throughout the hall way and living room, with a huge TV, broadband (wi-fi), separate kitchen with all appliances (cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, new washer) a new refurbished bathroom with power shower.
I am a young easygoing professional. I like pretty much standard things, football, going out at weekends and also for dinner and drinks during the week or just staying in with a dvd. The right person should ideally be tidy, fairly laid back and friendly.
The room is a double with a double wardrobe and separate chest of draws and double bed. I also have extra storage space available in the hall way sitting room (for books etc)
The flat is located in a safe area and there are plenty of transport links with Angel, kings cross/euston and russell square undergrounds nearby as well as frequent buses.
