The materials in the Flatmateclick sites are provided without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied.
Flatmateclick disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Flatmateclick is intended for the particular purpose of matching compatible roommates. Matches will either be exact or very close to the given criteria. Flatmateclick fully agrees to process and match each Flatmateclick member and will provide qualified matches. No hidden charges apply to our service.
On Flatmateclick You may cancel your membership at any time: Log into your account, select the Deactivate my membership link on your member page. Because we provide you with the opportunity to preview all content on the site at no cost and only require payment when you wish to contact other members, we do not offer refunds of purchased time. However, if you haven’t found a room or a roommate within the time frame allowed by your registration, we would gladly renew your membership at a discounted price (subject to changes.) .
This agreement may be changed at anytime and without notice.
Flatmateclick does not endorse any listing; we do not make any representations as to individual character, credit worthiness, rental history or ability to pay rent or provide accommodation.
Flatmateclick CANNOT be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of our service. It is each member's responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective roommate, tenant or landlord. Flatmateclick is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or other wise.
Flatmateclick reserves any and all rights to intellectual property and copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our service. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our members or potential members are found. Any client who is de-activate for such reason will not be entitled to any service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges. Such includes illegal use of the information we provide, distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual, personal use of finding a roommate. The use and distribution of the Flatmateclick name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a roommate or a tenant an apartment) without the expressed, written consent of Flatmateclick. Punitive damages of $10,000 per occurrence (login, search or listing copy) will be charged along with potential legal recourse.
No Material from Flatmateclick may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by Flatmateclick and does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein.You may not re-sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software.
SUBMISSIONS
All comments, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts or other information disclosed or offered to Flatmateclick by this site or in response to solicitations in this site or other sites (collectively, the "Comments") shall be deemed and shall remain the property of None of the Comments shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Comments. Without limitation of the foregoing, Flatmateclick shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Comments of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Comments for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Comments.
Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the site are presented solely for the purpose of promoting roommate matches and apartment listings available in the United States.
This site is controlled and operated by Flatmateclick. Whoever chooses to access this site from other locations does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local laws.
TERMINATION
This agreement is effective until the end of the terms of agreement stated above. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deactivating your membership on our web site, and destroying all materials obtained from any and all Flatmateclick and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Flatmateclick if in Flatmateclick's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Flatmateclick site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Flatmateclick be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if Flatmateclick or an Flatmateclick authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
OTHER
This agreement may be changed at anytime and without notice.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States in which Flatmateclick operates, giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. A link to a service or site outside of the Flatmateclick web site is not an endorsement of the service or site, its content, or its sponsoring organization. By using this site, you fully signify your assent to these terms of use.
