I have a double bedroom for rent in my apartment. I'm looking for a professional female ideally.

I'm easy going friendly and relaxed, and hoping to find someone else with the same qualities

Although I am a smoker the flat is non- smoking but there is a large baclony for this (and plenty of sunbathing!)

I also have an indoor cat who is friendly and quiet - so u need to be an animal lover!
