Hello:) I'm an international student who is studying in Plymouth Uni, this is my first time being abroad and living outside campus, I just rent a house room but now I'd like to move to live with my friends.. So I'd like to rent it to someone else as the agency doesn’t allow me to release the contrastT_ T and they've advised me to find someone to take place of my contract. This is a all brand new furnished house including all the bills and Internet. the housemates are also friendly and it's near the city centre(just about 5mins walk to Ply Uni:)) the address is 6 Allendale Road. I would like to cut down some price if you'd like to rent it, which would be 3500 in all from now to the end of July 2013.
