2 Music students and 1 business student, all musicians, easy going, all hard working but enjoy the occasional drinking session.

Not looking for a party animal, but we are looking for someone who's friendly, reliable, has a good taste in music, someone who will pitch in with all the house duties, good at making cups of tea and coffee.

The house is 7 minutes walk to Kingston Uni, Kingston Hill campus.

The flat itself is huge, split over 2 floors, every room is a large double, with a huge living room, decent sized kitchen and bathroom. It comes unfurnished, possibly a double bed for yourself. Double glazed, 10 seconds away from local shop, 2 minutes from 85 bus to Kingston/Putney.
