You would be sharing with an easy going 42 year old male, the house is a 3 bedroom semi detached property with a 100 foot plus garden, walking distance from WOT town centre and also the Excel leisure centre, 1 minute walk to the river Thames. You need to know that I have my two sons to stay on a Friday and Saturday night every other weekend. All bills are included in the rent except the telephone, Broadband is included with the rent. I am two thirds through renovating the house, I still need to fit a new kitchen, it is perfectly useable, just dated. Deposit £450
